1. Cancellation Policy

  • Users can cancel a scheduled consultation at least 10 minutes before the session time to be eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
  • Cancellations made less than 10 minutes before the session may not be eligible for a refund.
  • If an astrologer cancels the session due to unforeseen circumstances, the user will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only processed for valid cancellations, technical failures, or no-show by the astrologer.
  • If the session is completed but the user is dissatisfied, we may issue a partial or full refund after review, depending on the situation.
  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the session.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • If the user does not show up at the scheduled time and does not cancel in advance.
  • If the session is completed as scheduled and there is no technical issue or service failure.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (UPI, Card, Wallet, etc.).
